I can't believe how smooth the process was! After living in a cramped apartment with my two children, I really wanted to find place we could really call home. Tracey managed to exceed our expectations in every way! Not only did she find the perfect home for us, she negotiated a great price and, with the help of a VA loan program I qualified for, I ended up paying nothing at settlement! As first time home buyers, we knew very little (nothing actually) about the home buying process. We originally planned to rent, but Tracey took the time to show us how we could actually own a home for less than renting. She explained the entire process in detail from making an offer, to home inspections and the settlement and made us feel confident in our decisions.
